The game won't start / Steam

Hello, the problem is almost a year old, I tried to solve it myself, it does not work. The game Starbound starts, freezes in the home screen, and, I have only a black screen and a white rectangle in the middle, so 2-3 seconds after which the crash. I reinstalled the system, reinstalled the drivers, configured the inclusion on behalf of the administrator, tried to find the problem on the forums, it did not help. Windows 10, the game is purchased on Steam.
