So, I build a lot of Tenant colonies on tier 6 worlds around fiery stars. I terraform them to the Lush Biome, and then fill them with tenants. I defend my colonies with Guard tenants. They used to spawn normally, with the equipment that they would have had if they had spawned on the world before terraforming. Now, they spawn with tier 1 equipment. This began after the Bounty Hunter Update.
I don't really mind, because they sort of look cooler with the tier one equipment, but they...
