How to remove bugged tenant?

I made an igloo with the ice furniture set on a planet, and put down a colony deed. It spawned an unmoving, nonresponsive npc. I left, and now whenever I go back (by teleport or beam down), i get sent back up. I spent a lot of time gathering that ice... and the rest of that colony.
