As the title says. I am not sure when exactly this started it but was somewhat recently.
When i run my game the fps is awful. Whenever I am moving the fps is somewhere in the low 20s and when anything happens in game it will drop down into the teens or lower.
I went into the steam folders and tried compatibility mode, I tried uninstalling, I tried repairing, I am at a loss. I have an Nvidia Gforce 980 that is up to date.
I however run Windows 10, It was working fine with windows 10 but now...
