Like many others in the past, I cannot get Starbound to work from the Launcher in Steam (however it will work using any of the manual launchers).
Things I have tried:
Moving all dll files into the Win32 and Win32/Launcher
Doing a fresh install, excluding any mods
Adding permissions to all .exe files to run as an Admin
Things I cannot try:
There is no C:\...\prereqs folder that I have seen referenced in other topics.
