Missing Server Config File

So, I'm simply wanting to start up a server for my friends and I to play together in. Unfortunately, I cannot find the server config that several tutorial videos have shown.

I have looked in several different folders and cannot find this file. The most common "fix" I have seen in others posts and forums has been looking in giraffe_storage, but the config is not here either.

Any advice would be helpful.
