Question mark/slash key doesn't work

I'd post this on the support forums but as you can see here, that section doesn't really get enough visibility.
Does anyone know any workarounds for this? Already answering the question in the reference thread, I'm using ABNT2 layout.

It's not game breaking but it's quite annoying being unable to chat without using question marks.
