can't beam down on homeplanet

i was rebuild my home when i tried to manipulate a chest with the manipulator.
after that i got a instant beam up to my spaceship and now i can't beam down anymore...
i tried :
+ restart starbound
+ travel to an other planet and back

still cant beam down...

how can i fix this problem??
